JET Service Terms of UseCOIN

   1. Introduction

    1.1. These Terms (hereinafter — “Terms”) define the rules for using the Jetcoin Cash website and service (hereinafter — “Service”), as well as the rights and obligations of the User and the Operator (the website owner).

    1.2. Use of the Service means the User agrees to these Terms. If the User does not agree, they must not use the Service.

   2. Definitions

    • Voucher / Jetcode — a unique individual code issued upon purchase, granting the right to receive a specified monetary amount in accordance with these Terms.

    • Buyer — a person who pays for the voucher.

    • Recipient — a person who receives funds using the voucher.

    • Operator — the website/service owner or administrator issuing vouchers and providing support.

    • Validity Period — the time period from issuance during which the voucher can be activated or redeemed.

   3. Types of Vouchers and Validity Periods

    3.1. Vouchers are issued in fixed denominations. Standard groups and validity periods (from issuance/activation):

    • Mini: €50, €75, €100 — valid for 24 hours.

    • Medium: €150, €200, €250 — valid for 48 hours.

    • Large: €300, €400, €500 — valid for 72 hours.

    3.2. After expiration, the voucher is automatically void and cannot be redeemed.

   4. Voucher Purchase

    4.1. Payment methods:

   • bank/payment card via payment gateway;

   • cryptocurrency (via online chat on the website);

   • transfer using details provided by support (manual process: pay → notify → confirmation → Jetcode issued).

    4.2. For support payments, the voucher is issued only after payment verification. Processing time may vary.

    4.3. The Operator may refuse or delay issuance until additional checks are completed (receipt confirmation, SMS verification, or identity clarification).

    4.4. The Operator may require KYC verification (e.g., passport photo, identity confirmation) to prevent fraud and money laundering. Refusal may result in denial of issuance.

   5. Issuance, Security, and Transfer of Code

    5.1. Jetcode is unique and equal in value to the voucher. It may be transferred at the Buyer’s discretion.

    5.2. The Buyer is responsible for storing and transferring the code. The Operator is not responsible for loss or unauthorized use unless caused by the Operator.

    5.3. Risk of loss or compromise lies with the Buyer after issuance.

    5.4. Users may combine two or more vouchers via support.

    5.5. When combining:

   • total value equals sum of vouchers;

   • validity resets according to the new amount (e.g., 2 × €100 → €200 valid for 48 hours);

   • original vouchers are cancelled.

   6. Redemption / Withdrawal

    6.1. To receive funds, the Recipient enters the Jetcode on the website and provides payment details, then confirms with the code.

    6.2. Withdrawal is possible only while the voucher is valid. After expiration, funds are not refunded.

   7. Refunds and Cancellations

    7.1. Vouchers are non-refundable except in cases of system error or confirmed Operator fraud.

    7.2. Refunds via support are possible only before Jetcode issuance and with payment system confirmation.

   8. Fees and Taxes

    8.1. Payment system fees are borne by the User.

    8.2. The User is responsible for taxes under the laws of the Republic of Belarus.

   9. Restrictions

    9.1. Illegal use (money laundering, etc.) is prohibited.

    9.2. Bulk purchases or suspicious activity may be restricted.

    9.3. The Operator may regulate withdrawal procedures and amounts.

    9.4. Violations may lead to account blocking.

   10. Liability

    10.1. Service is provided “as is.”

    10.2. The Operator is not responsible for losses, delays, or third-party actions.

    10.3. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the voucher.

   11. Security

    11.1. Keep Jetcode secure.

    11.2. Report unauthorized access immediately.

    11.3. Personal data is processed under Belarus law.
